The form-fitting stretch border has the look and feel of neoprene, but is breathable. This universal RV seat cover is made to slightly stretch to accommodate a variety of seat sizes. The general measurement for these covers is 29.5" height, 23" width, and 20" cushion depth. There is a small amount of stretch in the material and there are two adjustment straps if the cover is a little large for the seat. These covers will not cover the full backside, but instead allow you access to your storage pockets if available.
